Sealcoating Heroes – 1# Sealcoating Service in Lehigh Valley PA

Brush Applied Residential Sealcoating in Pennsylvania!

We need to start by educating you on the three different methods used in our industry to apply sealer to an asphalt driveway. The first method involves spraying, the second method is manually applying by hand using a squeegee, and the third (the best) is applying by hand using special commercial grade brushes designed for sealcoating.

Our goal is to set the standard in quality for all our customers in the Lehigh Valley & surrounding areas. We do that by brush applying and using the highest commercial grade sealer available. This provides your residential blacktop driveway the best possible coverage & durability! If they spray, tell them to go away!

We DO NOT spray apply any of our residential sealcoating unless FORCEFULLY requested. Spraying is messy, involves drying time in between two coats, and does not give you the continuous coverage and thickness that brush applying will.

We treat each customer like family and we treat your property like it’s our own. I’ve used sub-contractors in the past for personal unrelated projects and I ended up redoing most of their work. That’s not what we want for our customers! We use the best products, tools, & methods to ensure we do the job right the first time. We strive to be the best in our industry, there is no get it done, get paid, and on to the next job attitude here!!! Let us boost your curb appeal and save your driveway before it dries up and cracks all over!

Residential Sealcoating Process:

1. We Arrive at the job site and do a full job walk down – We assess any potential hazards or issues before starting while also making sure your cars are out of the garage and the pets are inside! Paw prints all over your sidewalk & carpet isn’t fun…

2. Edge the entire perimeter of your driveway – We need to fully expose the entire edge of your asphalt and move any landscaping stone or mulch back. This ensures 100% coverage of your asphalt, even the edge.

3. Taping off areas – If needed, we will tape off any tricky areas to ensure sealer isn’t applied on something it shouldn’t be. We charge extra for making human tape mummies!

4. MOST IMPORTANT – The cleaning process beings. After we are done cleaning, you could eat off it, but please don’t! We use our arsenal of commercial grade tools & equipment to prep & ensure your driveway receives the deep cleaning it needs prior to sealing. It’s all about prep!!! We need to remove any lose asphalt, dirt, dust, moss, mildew, etc. We do this by physically removing all the above using commercial grade steel brushes, high powered industrial strength blowers, and torches if needed.

5. Chemical spots on the driveway- If there are any, we need to treat them prior to sealcoating. If you spilled something on your driveway in the past or had an oil leak, please point it out to us prior to ensure we don’t miss it. If you start telling us about your missing wife & blood stains on the driveway, we are out!!!

6. Hide your cracks – If the driveway has any cracks, we need to take care of them prior to sealing. We will fire up our hot crack melter / applicator and apply hot crack sealer to any cracks present.

7. The fun part finally – We apply our sealer to your entire driveway using special brushes designed for sealcoating. We use a certain method when applying to ensure you get maximum coverage & protection. We use a premium commercial grade sealer from Sealmaster in Allentown specially blended for all our jobs.

8. Once we are finished, we will caution tape the end of your driveway. If you are home, we will bring you out to give us your blessing and collect payment. We ask that you keep off the driveway for 48 hours to ensure an amazing finish!
